By accessing the Services, you agree to be bound by all of these Legal Terms. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, THEN YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES.

The Services are intended for users who are at least 13 years of age. All users who are minors must have parental permission and supervision to use the Services.

Our Services

TheLoops provides automated video streaming services that allow content creators to broadcast their videos continuously on platforms like YouTube. Our platform optimizes your content for 24/7 streaming, helping you maximize your reach and revenue.

The Services are not tailored to comply with industry-specific regulations (HIPAA, FISMA, etc.), so if your use would be subject to such laws, you may not use the Services.

Intellectual Property Rights

We are the owner or licensee of all intellectual property rights in our Services, including all source code, databases, functionality, software, website designs, and content (collectively, the "Content"), as well as our trademarks and logos.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services for your personal or internal business purposes only.

User Representations

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that:

  • All registration information you submit is true, accurate, and complete
  • You have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms
  • You are not under the age of 13
  • You will not access the Services through automated means
  • You will not use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Your use will not violate any applicable law or regulation

Prohibited Activities

You may not access or use the Services for any purpose other than that for which we make them available. You agree not to:

  • Systematically retrieve data to create compilations or directories without permission
  • Trick, defraud, or mislead us and other users
  • Circumvent security-related features of the Services
  • Disparage, tarnish, or harm us or the Services
  • Use information from the Services to harass, abuse, or harm others
  • Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or other harmful code

  • Use the Services to compete with us or for unauthorized commercial purposes

User Generated Content

When you upload videos or other content to our Services, you retain full ownership of your content. However, by uploading content to our platform, you grant TheLoops a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:

  • Store your content on our servers and backup systems
  • Process, transcode, and optimize your content for streaming
  • Create thumbnails, previews, and derivative formats necessary for the service
  • Stream and broadcast your content to YouTube on your behalf
  • Display your content within our platform interface

This license exists solely for the purpose of operating and providing our Services to you. We will not use your content for any other commercial purpose, sell it to third parties, or use it in marketing materials without your explicit written consent.

You are solely responsible for ensuring you have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions for any content you upload, including music, images, video clips, and any other copyrighted material. You represent that your content does not infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.

Stream Keys and Broadcasting

To use our streaming automation service, you must provide us with your YouTube stream key. By providing your stream key, you:

  • Authorize us to broadcast video content to your YouTube channel via RTMP
  • Grant us permission to stream content according to your configured schedule
  • Acknowledge that you are responsible for any content broadcast to your YouTube channel
  • Agree to keep your stream key secure and regenerate it if you suspect unauthorized access

Security: Your stream keys are encrypted and stored securely. We use your stream key only to broadcast video content as you have configured. You may revoke our access at any time by regenerating your stream key in YouTube Studio.

Limited Access: Stream keys only allow broadcasting to your channel. We do not have access to your YouTube account, channel settings, analytics, or any other YouTube features beyond live streaming.

Disclaimer: We are not responsible for any actions taken by YouTube against your channel, including demonetization, strikes, or account suspension, that may result from the content you stream or violations of YouTube's Terms of Service.

Copyright and DMCA

We respect intellectual property rights and expect our users to do the same. If you believe that content available through our Services infringes your copyright, please refer to our DMCA & Copyright Policy for information on how to submit a takedown notice.

We maintain a policy of terminating the accounts of users who are repeat infringers of copyright in appropriate circumstances.

Subscriptions and Payment

Your subscription will continue and automatically renew unless canceled. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We may change subscription fees from time to time and will communicate any price changes in accordance with applicable law.

Privacy Policy

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account and access to the Services at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

If we terminate your account, you are prohibited from creating a new account under your name, a fake name, or the name of any third party.

Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account (whether by you or by us):

  • All active streams will be stopped immediately
  • Your access to the platform will be revoked
  • Your stream keys will be deleted within 7 days
  • Your uploaded video content will be deleted within 30 days
  • We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes

Disclaimer

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS-IS" AND "AS-AVAILABLE" BASIS. WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR USE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES.

Our total liability to you for any cause whatsoever will be limited to the amount paid by you to us in the month preceding the cause of action.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine, without regard to conflict of law principles.
