Subscription Plans
TheLoops offers monthly and annual subscription plans. By subscribing to our service, you agree to the billing terms associated with your chosen plan.
- Monthly Plans: Billed on a recurring monthly basis
- Annual Plans: Billed once per year with a discounted rate
Refund Eligibility
Full Refunds
You may be eligible for a full refund if:
- You request a refund within 7 days of your initial subscription purchase
- You have not significantly used the service (less than 24 hours of streaming time)
- There is a technical issue on our end that prevents you from using the service
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for:
- Extended service outages exceeding 48 hours
- Significant feature unavailability that affects your ability to use the service
- Billing errors or duplicate charges
No Refunds
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Requests made after 7 days from the initial purchase
- Change of mind after significant service usage
- Account termination due to Terms of Service violations
- Third-party platform issues (e.g., YouTube policy changes or account suspensions)
- Failure to cancel before the renewal date
Annual Subscription Refunds
For annual subscriptions, refund requests within the first 14 days may be eligible for a prorated refund, minus any usage fees for the period the service was active.
After 14 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable, but you will retain access to the service until the end of your billing period.
How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please follow these steps:
- Email us at support@theloops.pro with the subject line "Refund Request"
- Include your account email address and the reason for your refund request
- Provide any relevant details or documentation supporting your request
We will review your request and respond within 5 business days. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
- Cancellations take effect at the end of your current billing period
- You will retain access to the service until the end of the paid period
- No partial refunds are provided for unused time within a billing period
- To avoid being charged for the next period, cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date
Chargebacks
If you believe there has been an unauthorized charge, please contact us first before initiating a chargeback with your bank or credit card company. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly and fairly.
Filing a chargeback without first contacting us may result in the immediate suspension of your account and may affect your ability to use our services in the future.
